AdRes is looking for a candidate to join its team as a Junior Analyst.
The candidate will play a supporting role in the development, management and execution of analyses assigned by the Project Manager.
Specifically, the job description of the position includes:
- Literature review and search for the necessary inputs to conduct pharmaco-economic analyses
- Budget impact and cost-effectiveness analyses
- Statistical analyses
- Reporting
The selected candidate will report hierarchically to the Scientific Director and internally to the Technical Area Manager.
National and international travel and participation in conferences are also planned.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Mathematics/Economic Sciences/Data Science/Engineering
- Good knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel)
- Knowledge of R software
- Recent graduate or experience of less than 1 year
- Written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills, team orientation and autonomy complete the profile.

The candidate will be involved in the process of developing and conducting pharmaco-economic studies to help pharmaceutical companies communicate the value of their products.
Activities:
- Adaptation and self-development of pharmaco-economic models
- Statistical analyses
- Drafting of technical reports and scientific articles in Italian and English
- Customer relationship management
National and international travel and participation in conferences are also foreseen.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Mathematics/Economic Sciences/Data
- Science/Engineering/Pharmacy/CTF/Health Economics
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role
- Written and spoken English

- Knowledge of R software
- Epidemiology
- Bayesian Statistics
